Get to know a little about me

I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. My

interest in photography began when I was 2008 after taking a photography class in

high school. We were one of the last in my school to learn Analog photography

before the curriculum moved entirely into digital photography. I wanted to

create a silhouette for one of my projects, but ended up exposing the image

wrong and ended up with a completely different result. I then became more

interested in how the enlargers and chemicals worked for film photography,

as well as learning photoshop and learning how to emulate emotions

though my photography. .

I bought my first DSLR camera in 2013 and began photographing nature and landscapes.

In 2014 I moved to Leeds, England and slowly transitioned into music & gig photography when the opportunity presented itself. As an avid gig goer myself, this seemed like the perfect

opportunity for me. From there I moved into portrait photography for local

musicians. This is when I started to refine my art as a portraits photographer

as each musician wanted a different style of photoshoot to represent their

music genre. This opened my world to how much you can change the feel of a

shoot with limited resources.

In 2018 I moved to Vancouver, Canada where I currently reside, and was eager to show off the beautiful nature and landscapes through photography. I continued photographing musicians and began taking on a wider range of clients. I developed an ethereal style of photography and editing.

I enjoy all types of photography but I get the most enjoyment out of Dance, Maternity an Engagement/Couples photoshoots.
